Crest Medical Search provides assistance in the recruitment and placement of healthcare professionals nationwide. Ever since the company was first established back in 2007, the firm’s philosophy has been with the belief that through a relationship built on honesty we will build partnerships with both clients and candidates. With this philosophy at the foundation of everything we do we will strive to build relationships that will last a lifetime while listening to the needs of those we serve.

We have a team of individuals who source out opportunities and candidates. When a search is first started we work with the client to gain an understanding of their needs beyond what the job description or job posting might show. In much the same way, we screen candidates seeking out their motivation, career objectives, geographical preferences and challenges to relocation. Our client base range in size from small Critical Access Hospitals and clinics, to single-entity community hospitals and corporate-level positions with some of the largest health systems in the country.

Unlike other search firms, we only serve clients and candidates in the healthcare arena.  The majority of our searches are focused on leadership positions, both clinical and nonclinical.  We represent many key healthcare professionals who are not only influencing healthcare today, but will be doing so long into the future. The candidates we seek out are leaders among their peers. These are creative thinkers who are not afraid to roll up their sleeves or try new ideas when the old ideas result in the same worn out results.
